1. About Flysplus
Flysplus is a travel and airline booking technology platform that enables authorized users, travel agencies, agents, agency staff, and other approved users to search available flight inventory, create and manage bookings, make payments, obtain booking and travel documents, and request additional travel-related services where available.
Flysplus may operate as a technology platform, booking intermediary, travel facilitator, agency-facing service, or other capacity depending on the particular service and transaction.
The actual carrier providing air transportation remains the applicable airline shown on the booking or ticket.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for:
- accurate registration information
- account credential security
- ensuring only authorized persons use the account
- maintaining accurate agency information
- reporting suspected unauthorized access
Do not create accounts using another person’s identity, impersonate another person or organization, or provide false or misleading information.
Flysplus may require email verification, OTP verification, identity information, business information, or other verification before certain functions can be used.
3. Agency Accounts
Where an account is associated with a travel agency, the agency and its authorized representatives are responsible for the accuracy of agency information.
An agency may be able to access the Platform before completion of certain approval procedures. Platform access does not necessarily mean approval for every transaction or service.
Flysplus may restrict or suspend booking, payment, or other transactional functionality where required by account status, credit conditions, security requirements, suspected misuse, operational requirements, or applicable rules.
4. User Roles and Permissions
The Platform may provide different roles and permissions, including Agent, Agent Staff, Staff, Super User, or other roles.
Access depends on permissions assigned to the account.
Users must not bypass permission restrictions, access another user’s information, or use URLs, APIs, identifiers, or other technical mechanisms to obtain information or perform unauthorized actions.
5. Flight Availability and Inventory
Flight availability, schedules, routes, fares, seats, baggage allowances, restrictions, and related information may change without notice.
Displayed availability does not guarantee that a seat, fare, route, or service will remain available until payment or ticket issuance.
Inventory may change or expire because of airline systems, fare rules, inventory controls, schedule changes, or other circumstances outside Flysplus’s control.
Where inventory is held temporarily, the applicable hold or payment deadline shown on the Platform applies.
6. Bookings
Bookings are subject to the applicable fare, payment, ticketing, passenger, and operational requirements.
Creating a reservation does not necessarily mean an airline ticket has been issued.
The Platform may use statuses including hold, payment review, confirmed, expired, cancelled, or similar states.
Users must review passenger, itinerary, fare, and booking information before confirmation.
Errors in passenger names, dates of birth, passport information, itinerary, or other booking details may result in additional charges, reissue requirements, inability to travel, or other consequences.
7. Passenger Information
The person creating or managing a booking is responsible for ensuring passenger information is accurate and belongs to the intended traveler.
Users must not knowingly submit false or misleading passenger information.
Travel documents including passports, visas, permits, health documents, certificates, and other required travel documents remain the responsibility of the traveler and/or booking agency.
Flysplus may validate information for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, or booking purposes, but does not guarantee visa issuance, immigration admission, border admission, or compliance with every destination-specific requirement.
8. Fares and Prices
Prices are subject to applicable booking and fare conditions.
Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes, fees, ancillary charges, service fees, or other amounts according to what is shown at booking.
Prices may change before final ticket issuance where permitted by applicable fare or airline rules.
Once a transaction is successfully completed at a final confirmed amount, the applicable transaction record determines the amount payable, subject to legitimate corrections, refunds, airline adjustments, chargebacks, or applicable rules.
9. Payment
Payments must use methods made available by Flysplus.
A submitted payment may initially be pending and may require review or approval.
Submission of payment information, a receipt, or payment evidence does not automatically guarantee approval.
Flysplus may reject a payment when:
- amount is incorrect
- payment cannot be verified
- supporting documentation is insufficient
- transaction is invalid or cancelled
- fraud or misuse is suspected
- another valid payment-control condition applies
Users must not manipulate payment amounts, references, booking identifiers, agency information, or payment status.
10. Credit and Agency Balances
Where agency credit is provided, credit limits, outstanding obligations, pending exposure, holds, payments, refunds, and adjustments may affect available credit.
Available credit may include pending or reserved exposure according to Platform rules.
Flysplus may restrict new transactions where applicable credit conditions are not satisfied.
11. Quick Pay and Payment Requests
Where Quick Pay is available, payment requests may relate to:
- booking balances
- extra services or amendments
- other supported payment purposes
Users are responsible for selecting the correct payment purpose and transaction.
An extra-service payment does not automatically constitute a base-booking payment where the Platform identifies it as a separate obligation.
12. Ticket Issuance
A confirmed reservation is not necessarily an issued ticket.
Tickets may only be issued after applicable payment, booking, ticketing, operational, and other conditions are satisfied.
Airline ticketing conditions and applicable travel rules may apply.
13. Tickets and Travel Documents
Users must review travel documents immediately after issuance.
Check:
- passenger names
- travel dates
- flight numbers
- airports
- baggage information
- ticket status
- booking reference
- other material information
Historical tickets and invoices may be retained as transaction records.
Where a later amendment or ancillary service is added, Flysplus may provide supplementary or service-specific documentation without replacing the original transaction record.
14. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on applicable airline fare rules, ticket conditions, service conditions, payment method, timing, and transaction-specific requirements.
Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
Some transactions may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to penalties or charges.
Refunds may require airline or other third-party approval and may take additional time.
15. Flight Changes and Schedule Changes
Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, departure times, arrival times, or other itinerary details.
Where airline changes occur, Flysplus may communicate available options and process transactions according to applicable airline and operational rules.
16. No-Show and Missed Flight
No-show, missed-flight, and boarding consequences are governed by applicable airline rules and fare conditions.
17. Baggage
Baggage allowances and excess baggage charges depend on airline, fare, route, cabin, passenger type, and other conditions.
Where Extra Services supports baggage requests, the request may be subject to additional payment and airline confirmation.
18. Extra Services and Ancillary Services
Flysplus may support:
- wheelchair assistance
- special meals
- extra baggage
- seat-related services
- assistance services
- other configured services
Availability, price, eligibility, cutoff times, and fulfillment depend on airline, route, service configuration, and operational circumstances.
A service request may be:
- requested
- awaiting price
- awaiting payment
- paid
- processing
- confirmed
- fulfilled
- rejected
- cancelled
- expired
- airline rejected
- refunded
A requested or paid service is not automatically an airline-confirmed service.
19. Extra-Service Pricing
Extra services may use:
- fixed per-passenger pricing
- fixed flat-per-request pricing
- manual quote pricing
For per-passenger services, a configured amount may be multiplied by the number of targeted passengers.
For flat-per-request services, the configured amount applies to the service request regardless of passenger count.
For manual quotes, the final amount is determined by the authorized Flysplus user.
20. Extra-Service Amendments
After a booking is confirmed, eligible users may request additional services.
Amendments may require:
- availability confirmation
- manual pricing
- payment
- airline confirmation
- supplementary documentation
- refund/reversal when a service cannot be fulfilled
Post-booking service charges do not automatically replace the original booking invoice.
21. Passenger Comments and Notes
Passenger comments or booking notes are informational.
A comment does not automatically constitute:
- a service request
- service confirmation
- airline authorization
- payment
- booking amendment
Example: “Please check if wheelchair assistance is available.”
This is a note/request for review unless a separate service request is created.
22. Service Cutoffs
Extra services may have service-specific or airline-specific cutoff times.
The cutoff displayed by the Platform controls whether a new request can be submitted.
A single universal cutoff does not necessarily apply to all airlines or services.
23. Airline Rules Prevail for Air Transportation
Air transportation remains subject to applicable airline conditions, fare rules, ticketing requirements, carriage conditions, and applicable laws and regulations.
Flysplus cannot override airline rules.
24. Travel Documents, Visa and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for required documents and destination-entry requirements.
Flysplus does not guarantee visa issuance, immigration admission, transit permissions, health clearance, or destination entry.
25. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on:
- airlines
- banks
- payment providers
- hosting providers
- email providers
- technology providers
- analytics providers
- other service providers
Flysplus is not responsible for independent third-party policies or availability beyond applicable legal obligations.
26. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- use the Platform unlawfully
- submit fraudulent data
- impersonate another person
- gain unauthorized access
- bypass security
- manipulate booking or payment information
- upload malicious files or code
- abuse refunds/payment mechanisms
- scrape information without authorization
- disrupt Platform availability
- access another agency’s data
- misuse Platform functionality
27. Account Suspension and Termination
Flysplus may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for:
- suspected fraud
- unauthorized access
- security concerns
- breach of Terms
- payment abuse
- misuse
- legal requirements
- operational requirements
- legitimate business reasons
Existing financial obligations do not automatically disappear upon suspension or termination.
28. Intellectual Property
The Flysplus Platform, software, branding, interface, design, text, databases, graphics, trademarks, and related content are owned by or licensed to Flysplus unless otherwise stated.
Users receive a limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
29. Availability and Technical Errors
Flysplus aims to keep the Platform available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, airline-system issues, third-party outages, security incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flysplus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses resulting from matters including:
- airline delays/cancellations
- denied boarding
- immigration or visa decisions

- third-party outages
- payment-provider failure
- travel disruption
- other circumstances outside Flysplus’s reasonable control
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify Flysplus against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- breach of these Terms
- misuse of the Platform
- fraudulent/unauthorized account activity
- inaccurate passenger or agency information
- infringement of third-party rights
32. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Flysplus Privacy Policy.
